First commit May 20th, full launch September 1st: 15 weeks from an empty repository to live bookings, payments, settlement, commissions, and renter verification.

Built a fleet operations platform and multi-sided marketplace for exotic vehicle agencies, brokers, owners, and renters.

The problem

Exotic rental agencies already had booking software. What they didn't have was infrastructure connecting agencies, brokers, vehicle owners, and renters through the same transaction.

Availability was checked by phone. Rates were negotiated through messages. Broker commissions and owner payouts were reconciled manually after payments moved. Everyone touched the same booking, but nobody worked from the same system.

The approach

We built Braganza around the full transaction from the beginning rather than starting with another booking tool.

The platform supports agencies, brokers, owners, and renters as separate participants with their own workflows, financial relationships, and permissions. Agencies keep control of their customers and can use their existing payment processor while Braganza handles the marketplace, commissions, settlement, and verification around the transaction.

Result

First commit May 20th, 2026. Alpha July 6th. Beta August 3rd. Full launch September 1st. 15 weeks from an empty repository to a live multi-sided marketplace and exotic fleet operations platform.

What I built and led

Led product, engineering, UX, architecture, and technology strategy from 0 to 1.
Built marketplace discovery, booking, fleet operations, payments, commissions, financial settlement, and renter verification into one platform.
Designed configurable financial and operational workflows for agencies, brokers, owners, and renters.
Built an AI-assisted product and engineering organization covering development, testing, code review, and operations.

The platform grew to more than 1,800 verified creators and 60+ brands, delivered $619K+ in paid campaigns, and helped reduce creator acquisition cost from $221 to $47.

MooveGuru / HomeKeepr

Increased checkout conversion from 1.5% to 7%, cut subscriber churn from 21.5% to 6.3%, and consolidated three acquired platforms into one while reducing the engineering footprint by more than 75%.
