StreamerDap
Chief Product & Technology Officer
The platform grew to more than 1,800 verified creators and 60+ brands, delivered $619K+ in paid campaigns, and helped reduce creator acquisition cost from $221 to $47.
Built an advertising platform connecting brands with smaller live-streaming creators.
The problem
Most brand spending in live streaming goes to the largest creators. Smaller streamers can have loyal, engaged audiences but still be too small for brands to discover, manage, and measure individually.
StreamerDap was built to aggregate those creators into a scalable advertising network.
What I did
I was originally brought in to assess the platform and team already building it. I recommended changing course, assembled a new team, and led product and technology through the platform's development and launch.
We built the system to recruit and verify creators, connect them with brands, manage campaigns, deliver sponsorships into live streams, and measure performance against actual viewership rather than estimates.

Platform scale and campaign data
- Private alpha in July 2024, full launch in October 2025: 1,818 creators, each verified by a person, and 62 brands onboarded, matched through 23,521 brand-to-creator requests.
- 14 brands paid for 1,160 campaigns, run by 771 creators across 10,207 streams and 41,757 hours of live air time, for $619,303 in total.
- Those streams showed sponsors 248.5M times, counted at two impressions per minute on screen, or 700.7M counting replays watched afterward at a 1.82x uplift.
- Separately, StreamerDap paid for its own campaigns to recruit creators. That referral program, which I proposed, built, and ran, put 444 creators on 9,219 streams and 35,743 hours of air time, for another 154M impressions, and took the cost of signing up a creator from $221 to $47 in two months.
- Creator sign-ups went from 298 a month in the two months before the referral program to 514 a month in the two months after it, a 72% lift paid for with creators' air time instead of ad spend.
- 124.2M minutes were watched with a sponsor on screen, and viewers clicked through from streams to advertisers 93,715 times.
- Creators rated their campaigns 4.68 out of 5 across 704 reviews, and three in four of those reviews were a perfect score.
